2026-07-15	Pe*****	Couldn't verify account, didn't get code.Tried twice. Had to enter a lot of information just to get to that stage. Not sure why they couldn't use email. My worst bike rental app experience so far out of a sample of 20 or so. Disappoint and reflects poorly on Berlin.

2026-06-15	La*****	Worked flawlessly for me as a British tourist in Munich for a few days. Bike was fine, unlock and lock was super easy, app worked great. Thanks very much for the chance to cycle around the lovely Bavarian capital.

2026-04-23	Le*****	because of this trash App i ran all the way to a single Bike that was shown to me on the Apps Maps, only to learn that this Bike was Not available. The App did Not include this Detail in the Bike Preview window when i was planning my commute 3 hours Back Home. naturally it was too late to Catch any viable alternative that would take me Back Home to my Baby. i cannot Express how very fked over and betrayed i felt by this Garbage app. great Job DB, as always

2026-03-29	Ol*****	The service is good, but when I needed it the most and had to book a bike time-critically the app decided to log me out and I had to redo the whole login process, including verifying my bank connection (which did not work). Weren't it for my friend I would have missed the train I tried to catch after the bike ride. Just why? Edit: Decided to set the rating to 4/5 because the app generally is good. I still wish that it would just give a period where you have to relogin instead of hard logging out
