Unlocking failures and defective bikes: unresponsive unlock button and faulty bike locks.

Recent reviews

Very disappointed with DB Call a Bike in Berlin. After just 1h40, you hit the €13 daily maximum, so you could apparently keep the bike for the rest of the day at the same price. Yet I was charged €13 for a short ride. At that price, I could have taken a car. The pricing feels incredibly sneaky and completely disproportionate for a bike-sharing service. Shame on DB.
