I posted a review here a few months ago and was told to create a ticket. I did: 6409641. I can now say with 100% confidence my original review was accurate and reflects this products functionality, performance and durability exactly. This app is failing the hardware. There is so much potential for a great product, but the software is buggy and lacks basic features and functionality of similar priced products, elsewhere.
