atrocious - i kept on getting payment errors so tried again - and now i have 4 coffee machines on the way... ridiculous .. avoid. The cancel order just didn't work, and nothing form customer service. same with the returns service. their customer service portal never find the order id. Its impossible to call them as far as i can see ... just don't use them ... I have a support ticket open for 3 days no response - they cynically say they will handle it in review comments but don't do a thing ...

ABSOLUTE SCAMMER COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!! ORDERED AN AC ON 22 TOMORROW ITS 29th AND THEY STILL DID NOT DISPATCH IT FROM THE WAREHOUSE !!?? NOBODY PICKS UP ANY PHONE NO MAIL FEEDBACK SCAM SCAM SCAM!
