NotSan SAA und BPR 2025

Learning platform for the training and continuing education of emergency medical technicians (EMTs) in Baden-Württemberg, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, North Rhine-Westphalia, Saxony, and Saxony-Anhalt.

This small app provides an overview of all medications approved by an EMT in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Treatment Pathways 2025 (SOPs) and the Treatment Pathways 2025 (TPR).

All medications are presented with their dosage, contraindications, side effects, and mechanisms of action, in accordance with the content of the current TRP and SOPs.

This small app provides an overview of all medications approved by an EMT in accordance with the SOPs and Treatment Pathways 2025. In the "Approach" section, you'll find an overview of common scoring systems, such as the qSOFA score, indications for the trauma bay, the Apgar score, and the stages of hypothermia.

There's also a brief overview of ECGs and some pathological ECG patterns.

The "Invasive Measures" section covers topics such as electrotherapy, chest decompression, non-invasive ventilation (NIV), CPAP, and alternative access techniques.

The "Information" section provides an overview of age-appropriate pediatric vital signs and legal regulations. It also identifies the axes of the human body and includes a glossary of key terms.

Infectious diseases, including corresponding protective and disinfection measures, are also covered in the app.

To keep the app interesting and helpful, we welcome suggestions for future content.

Technical Information:

The app functions as an offline app and can therefore be used without an internet connection. Only the medication package inserts (provided as links) and specially marked information require an internet connection.

The app's file size is currently less than 50 MB. It is possible to move the app to an existing memory card on your device.

Quarterly updates will keep the app up to date.

If the app does not function as expected after an update, go to "Settings" -> "Apps" or "Storage" on your phone, select the app, and clear its cache. Incorrectly stored cache data can cause the app to malfunction.

We would greatly appreciate any ideas and suggestions regarding the app's content.
