NotSan Brandenburg 2026

Learning platform for the training and continuing education of emergency medical technicians (EMTs) in Brandenburg.

(Based on the "Standard Operating Procedures and Treatment Pathways in Emergency Medical Services 2025" of the state associations of medical directors of emergency medical services in Baden-Württemberg, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, North Rhine-Westphalia, Saxony, and Saxony-Anhalt from July 2025, the Brandenburg SOPs and BPR from January 2026, as well as the differing content of the Barnim and Teltow-Fläming districts)

This small app provides an overview of all medications approved for use by EMTs in the state of Brandenburg, in accordance with the SOPs and SOPs.

All medications are presented with their dosage, contraindications, side effects, and mechanisms of action, as specified in the current SOP.


All medications are presented with their dosage, contraindications, side effects, and mechanisms of action. In the "Scoring" section, you'll find an overview of common scoring systems, such as the Glasgow Coma Scale, the SAMPLER or APGAR scale, and the stages of hypothermia.

There's also a brief overview of ECGs and some pathological ECG patterns.

The "Emergency Medical Techniques" section covers topics such as electrotherapy, chest decompression, NIV, CPAP ventilation, and alternative access techniques.

The "Information" section provides an overview of age-appropriate pediatric vital signs and legal regulations. It also identifies the axes of the human body and includes a glossary of key terms.

An overview of infectious diseases, including corresponding protective and disinfection measures, is also available.

To keep the app interesting and helpful, we welcome suggestions for future content.

Technical Information:

The app functions as an offline app and can therefore be used without an internet connection. Only the medication package inserts (provided as links) and specially marked information require an internet connection.

The app's file size is currently less than 60 MB. It is possible to move the app to an existing memory card on your device.

Regular updates will keep the app up to date.

If the app does not function as expected after an update, go to "Settings" -> "Apps" or "Storage" on your phone, select the app, and clear its cache. Incorrectly stored cache data can cause the app to malfunction.
