• Give each employee a code – they install Work Clock and log in

• Your team clocks in, breaks, and out directly in the app

For employees:

• Clock in from their own mobile phone (activated by the company for each employee)

• View their own hours and time balance

• Request vacation, report sick, and report discrepancies

For owners and administrators:

• Who's currently working? Attendance at a glance

• Monthly journal with target, actual, and time account

• Traceable corrections: the original value is retained, and each change includes the reason, name, and time

• Review and process vacation requests and sick leave notifications

• Export as PDF/CSV and DATEV-LODAS for payroll (via web administration)

Optional – Wall-mounted time clock:

For businesses with a fixed entrance, an Android tablet serves as a time clock. Employees hold an NFC chip to a USB reader (e.g., ACS ACR122U) or enter their PIN.
