50 minutes for a taxi

A lot of time when i try and book a taxi from this app on the go like if I'm at the train station or can't get a bus , it says the booking has been rejected even if it says ETA for when it can arrive , somtimes this happens when i try to prebook too. This is a real inconvenience and makes the app unreliable at times. They should really let us know if thier too busy before we try and book. Also, I booked a taxi to take me to train station and said it'd be there in 2mins but it didn't show up
