Very poor experience, I don't recommend using it. I had an exam and the driver couldn't even see me. I waved buy the driver didn't pick me up after I waited for more than 40 minutes.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received. To my dismay, I discovered that the fare charged was three times the standard rate for a comparable trip. This blatant overcharging is not only unacceptable but also a clear violation of the trust customers place in your company. I was told it would be between £29 and £30 for 14 miles instead ended up being £46. Never again ! I've caught a plane cheaper than that from Birmingham Glasgow.
