This is the addon you really want when it comes to dark mode. It is brilliantly simple and thus very fast. The default "Stylesheet processor" works rather well with most web pages and when it doesn't "Simple CSS" is the next best thing. This is my default for a global and consistent "Dark Mode". I've even tweaked it to make it "Solarized Dark", essentially; paired with the "ZenFox" addon for the Firefox UI part. And only when all options, including "Invert", fail, do I manually enable "Dark Reader" for the site in question, and I almost immediately regret it, because it feels like molasses compared to this fine gem of engineering excellence; thankfully, those occasions are very rare.
