The Small Vessel Leader is a preparation for the theoretical exam at the State Navigation Administration (SPS) – for the basic part M / M20, sailboats S / S20 and coastal navigation at sea C. It contains all 792 published SPS questions (407 for M, 170 for S, 215 for C) including 242 images of navigation signs, lights and buoys, in the same numbering as the SPS files, so you can compare each question with the original.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE APPLICATION

• Tests M, S and C – number of questions, time and minimum number of correct answers according to Decree No. 48/2023 Coll., random selection from all thematic areas. "Complete exam" launches the parts one after the other as in SPS: you can proceed to the next part only after success in the previous one. The test you have played is continuously saved and survives even if the application is killed.
• Practice – by SPS number, randomly or in blocks from–to, with a filter by qualification and subset (PP1–PP4, TZ, ZP, P1–P4, MP, N, M1, Z1). After answering, you immediately see the correct solution and continue where you left off.
• Signs and lights – cards only from questions with a picture: navigational signs, vessel signaling, buoys and IALA markings. The most common source of errors in the exam.
• Browsing through questions – the entire file with the correct answer highlighted, text search, jump to the SPS number. Free even after the end of the trial period.
• Marked questions – an asterisk next to what you don’t like. You can take your own test from the marked ones.
• Statistics – learned, incorrect and not yet seen questions by subset and a list of the worst questions. Readiness circle on the home screen, separately for each qualification.
• Exam process – steps from the doctor through practical verification and application on the Transport Portal to the license, deadlines, fees, dates and a calculator of how much the license will cost you.
• Practical part – what the authorized person verifies on the water at M and S: syllabus according to the regulation, scoring, test vessel, remedial attempt.
• Three water patterns (River, Sea, Map), light and dark mode, the font adapts to the phone settings.

ABOUT QUESTIONS

The question files are published by the State Navigation Administration in accordance with the Inland Navigation Act. The application monitors them and we will issue an update when there is a change; the question numbers remain, your learning progress will be preserved. The correct answer is always the first in the published files, which is why the application shuffles the answers - they are also shuffled in the exam. Did you find an error? In Settings, there is an item Report an error in a question, which will open an e-mail with a pre-filled number.
