Users appreciate the app's educational value and engaging games for children learning sight words. However, many encounter significant technical problems such as frequent crashes, freezing, and screen-cutoff issues that make the app difficult or impossible to use on various devices. The app often fails to adjust to different screen sizes, resulting in hidden buttons and inaccessible features. Despite its past popularity and usefulness, recent versions have disappointed paying customers due to these functionality issues.
