Cutter fast-forwards silent and low-volume parts of any HTML5 video in real time — speech stays at 1×, quiet stretches fly by. Entirely in your browser, no account needed. Perfect for lectures, talks, streams and online courses.

HOW IT WORKS Cutter attaches a Web Audio API analyser to any <video> element on the page. When the sound drops below your threshold, playback speeds up (2×–8×, adjustable). The moment someone speaks, it snaps back to 1×. No pre-processing, no waiting, no data sent anywhere.
