Совершенно бесполезное расширение, никакой автоматизации. Просто в контекстном меню появляется кнопочка этого расширения для возможности скачать выбранное изображение. С таким же успехом можно использовать стандартный способ скачивания с заранее указанной в настройках целевой папки...
