Pros

Helps to obtain and record the Message ID of each email for precise location later.
Works flawlessly in the Gmail interface (mail.gmail.com).
Allows for exact searching using the message link.

Cons

Has stopped working for some users and does not show up as a menu option.
No support for Google Inbox.
Confusion regarding the type of Message ID it retrieves, which is not the same as Gmail's internal message ID.

Nice to exact search. Just search in the gmail's bar and then copy adress bar. Then paste complete adress into chrome adress bar and you get one link to find mail.
