Mimir: Mental Health Tracker Android

Mimir: Mental Health Tracker

A privacy based mental health tracker for mood, symptoms, sleep and meds.

Overview

Features & Capabilities

Mimir is a private mental health tracker for anyone who wants an honest record of how they are actually doing, day to day.

Check in once a day. Log your mood, distress, energy and sleep, and note any symptoms you had. Record whether you took your medication, how helpful it was and any side effects. Over a few weeks those short daily entries turn into charts and patterns you can actually use.

Everything stays on your phone. There is no account to create, no sign up, no cloud sync and no tracking of any kind.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
- Mood, distress and energy
- Hours of sleep
- Mental health symptoms with severity, grouped by anxiety, low mood, thinking, body and more
- Medication: doses, whether you took it, how well it worked and side effects
- Substance use, including alcohol, caffeine and nicotine
- Daily self care tasks
- Notes in your own words

SEE YOUR PATTERNS
Trends charts show mood, distress, energy and sleep over time, with markers on the days you started, stopped or changed a medication. The Patterns card points out connections in your own data, such as how your distress tends to look after nights with less sleep. Everything is worked out on your device.

A REPORT FOR YOUR DOCTOR
Appointments are short and it is hard to remember three months in ten minutes. Mimir builds a clear PDF summary for the period you choose: averages, charts with your medication changes marked, adherence and side effects, your most frequent symptoms, and the questions you saved to ask. You pick the date range and which sections to include. The report is a one time in app purchase.

SAFETY PLAN AND CRISIS SUPPORT
Build a personal safety plan with your warning signs, coping strategies, reasons to stay safe and the people you can reach out to. When you need it, one tap opens your plan next to crisis lines for your region.

COPING TOOLS
A small set of things to do in a hard moment: paced breathing, grounding steps, an urge timer, a bubble popping distraction, printable worksheets and a coloring book.

BUILT TO BE PRIVATE
- No account and no sign up
- No analytics, no advertising, no third party tracking
- Optional PIN or fingerprint lock
- Optional encrypted backup file that only you hold
- Export or delete your data whenever you want

If you have been looking for a mental health tracker that does not ask for an email address, this is it. Your notes are yours.

Mimir is a self tracking tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not give medical advice. It is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
