Image slideshow and video runner for Android TV for media stored on external storage

- Automatically scan for folders containing viewable images and videos
- Uses the Glide library to display images

USAGE (while full-screen image is displayed)
- Use (D-pad) down arrow on remote to start a slideshow while displaying a photo
- Use (D-pad) up arrow on remote to halt slideshow
- D-pad left and right navigate to previous / next image respectively
