Very Disappointing! After 4 hour after order the food, and paid full with Telebirr, they requested us to cancel the order because they don't have delivery person. And they didn't refund the payment 😞

OK, so I might be biased because I have only used them once, and my experience was so great. The customer service was good and delivery was super fast. A big plus to be able to track such my order. Such a huge relief compared to the competitor who has been such a letdown each time I used them! I hope I want be disappointed with you too!
