The app functions but your options are very limited. Very basic payment options, you have to manually input your credit card each time if making manual payments, you can't update your card information stored for Auto pay, and the most annoying facet is that you have to get sent an OTP code each time to login (to your email) rather than having a password or fingerprint login. Very annoying to navigate and I dread using it. Would rather just call them than use their app if comes to it.

Absolutely the best all-round phone,tv, and Internet. Always fixes a problem when there are outages, and has low price ranges to fit your budget. Always on time, and calls ahead before arrival time, it is the hometown Service Provider. Way to go Zito Media ....
