It's doesn't work. It just open up in chrome? Not much point having an app if it just takes u to the website instead.

Although the app is a simple login screen. I'm a fan of their website and interface. I would've started paying my debt sooner if American Express had bothered to send my account to a debt collector which didn't just pester my phone and ask me to send evidence of my direct debit every month by email 😐. Atleast they bothered to sell my debt to another collector with a helpful self-service interface. Great work zinc group! Might have to rack up some new arrears if its going to be this easy!
