Zero2Hero is your bodyweight calisthenics trainer. Create your own programs, follow guided workouts with timers, and learn each exercise with an animated 3D model that you can rotate with your finger.

No equipment, no account, no registration: it works completely offline.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Create programs — create programs, add circuits (rounds + rest), and fill them with exercises from the library or your own. No experience? Ask the AI ​​to generate a personalized program tailored to your needs, and it will be created and integrated into the app.

• Guided training — automatic timers for timed exercises, tap to advance for rep-based exercises, pause/skip/back, and the screen stays on.

• See the movement in 3D — each exercise is shown as an animated 3D model. During breaks, the next exercise is previewed in 3D to help you study the technique.

• Exercise library — an integrated catalog and your personal exercises.
• Bilingual — English and Spanish, switchable from the app.

OPTIONAL AI FEATURES (with your own key)
• Generate a custom 3D animation for a personalized exercise based on its description, and refine it by providing feedback.

• Or share the prompt with any AI chat and paste the result back.

These features are optional and use your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). The text you send is sent to your chosen provider. You can use the entire app without ever activating the AI.
