2025-12-12	Ha*****	very bad experience the coustmer service call me and ask you speak English my colleague will call you and then no one call me. the Internet data also change after 2 month i but 15MB data and after 2 months data goes into 1000MB bad experience.

Prostě nikdy nevím, kdy se uráčí načíst a kdy ne, a není to připojením. krom toho bych ocenil přehlednější informace o mém plánu, protože momentálně to musím zjišťovat přímo od podpory. Kdyby aplikace byla přehlednější, ušetřilo by to čas všem - ale možná jsem jen já slepý. zbývající data a ceník je vidět myslím přehledně

2025-12-09	Pe*****	Slowest app I have ever seen. each page takes ages to load and it always logs me out after a day or 2. Very inconvenient to use and to get anything done. Trivial things, like mobile data package activation, take minutes instead of seconds.

2025-11-27	Pe*****	poor English translation, if any... and on top of that, just typical for this company, i can't even log into the app. later edit: tried the app recommended by the devs and that one works well. i wonder then, why is this one still available. it only causes confusion... my vodafone+ is greatly superior as far as i can tell for now, having all the controls and features i need, in proper English.

2025-11-26	Da*****	total trash, cant autofill payment card to payment gate edit: the new app Vodafone+ is even worse, becase it wont even let you go to the payment gate so you have to wait for sms with qr payment link, sms comes on the last day you should pay the bill
