I have been using this service for 3 years. For short trips it is a great and affordable solution. BUT you CANNOT rely on having a car available, even if you have a reservation. The car I booked months in advance became unavailable 6 hours before my trip. I called customer support, there was not wait time but the rep told me there were no available cars in the city and that the car I booked needed service. Only use this if you have flexibility to juggle multiple bookings in one trip
