its a trap.. customer service is amazing though but the actual zappos is a front because how do you stay for 6 plus months out of a pair of pants or shirts but then go to that brands website like Ariat, rocky, etc or amazon and BOOM EVERYWHERE PLENTY OF THEM but yet zappos stays out for literally 6 months?? hmm.. then it'll say sign up to get notified when back in stock I DID 3 DIFFERENT THINGS IN JANUARY.. STILL NOTHING this has been like this for 3 years.. ZERO other companies do this??

the apps' shop functionality appears to be broken. I have Uninstalled and tried to shop in the shop tab as well as the women's shopping tab. no luck, only the search function works.
