Flagstone turns your home renovation punch list into a focused drafting board where every unfinished item becomes a color-coded Punch Flag. The Board tab presents a full-screen blueprint paper with flags pinned in room-based columns so you can scan open work by area at a glance. Each flag captures a short description, room, trade category, and optional due date, with the flag color indicating whether the task relates to plumbing, electrical, painting, or carpentry. Two vintage drafting compass counters on the board show your total open flags and the number due this week, helping you prioritize without extra screens. A quick-action pushpin button lets you create a new Punch Flag through a simple full-screen form with dropdowns for room and category, a text area for the description, and a date picker. You can edit any flag by tapping it, which opens the same form in a convenient bottom sheet so you can update details without leaving your current view. Deleting a flag is just as direct with a swipe-left action that reveals a red torn paper edge button. The Board tab also includes a persistent magnifying glass search that filters flags by keyword across description, room, or category. The Rooms tab groups open flags under room header cards and lets you tap a room to focus on that area’s remaining work. The Categories tab displays trade categories as a grid of chips with open counts so you can quickly isolate plumbing, electrical, painting, or carpentry tasks. The Done tab keeps a chronological feed of completed flags with a subtle punched hole and faded colors, giving you a clear record of finished punch list items. All flag data is stored locally on your device, so your renovation notes remain private and available offline without any account setup. Flagstone is built for the practical flow of walking a job site or walking your home, letting you capture small fixes room by room and mark them complete as work progresses.
