Yelly Vendor

Yelly Vendor App is designed to help roadside vendors, small businesses, and service providers increase their visibility and connect with nearby customers in real time. Vendors can register their carts or businesses, share their live location, list products or services, and allow customers to easily discover them through the app.

By using the app, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform. Vendors must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete registration details. You are responsible for maintaining your account security and all activities conducted through your account.

A key feature of the Vendor App is real-time location sharing. When your availability is set to active, your GPS location is shared with nearby customers as an approximate indicator on the map. This helps users locate you easily while you are vending. You can pause or stop location sharing anytime within the app. Location data is used only for service functionality and is not retained beyond active sessions unless required for analytics or legal purposes.

Vendors can add product details, operating hours, and other relevant information to attract customers. It is your responsibility to ensure that all listed information is accurate and up to date. Vendors must comply with all applicable local laws, licenses, and food safety regulations. Yelly does not verify vendor credentials or guarantee product quality.

The app may send notifications related to customer activity, updates, or important alerts. Vendors can manage notification settings as needed. Yelly may collect certain data such as your name, contact details, business information, location, device data, and app usage to provide services, improve performance, and ensure platform security.

Yelly does not sell your personal data and only shares it with trusted service providers or when legally required. Your vendor listing, including business name, location, and products, is publicly visible within the app to help customers find you.

The app is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. Yelly is not responsible for business outcomes, customer disputes, or any indirect losses. Vendors agree to use the platform responsibly and not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected in compliance with applicable laws, including the DPDP Act, 2023. Vendors have the right to access, update, or delete their data and raise concerns through official contact channels.

Yelly may update features or modify terms at any time. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of such updates. You may stop using the app or delete your account whenever you choose.
