Yelly

Yelly is a mobile application designed to help users easily find nearby roadside vendors selling fresh vegetables, fruits, and other goods or services in real time. Using location-based technology, the app notifies users when registered vendors are nearby and displays their approximate location on a map, making everyday shopping more convenient and accessible.

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the app. Yelly is intended for individuals aged 18 and above, and users must provide accurate and complete information while creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

The app requires access to your device’s location to function effectively. Customer location is used only to show nearby vendors and is accessed with your permission, typically while the app is in use. You can disable location access anytime through your device settings, though this may limit core features. Yelly does not guarantee complete accuracy of vendor locations due to device or network limitations.

Users may receive push notifications when vendors are detected nearby. These notifications can be managed or disabled in app or device settings. The app may also collect certain data such as your name, contact details, device information, usage behavior, and approximate location to improve services, provide notifications, and enhance user experience.

Yelly does not sell personal data and only shares limited information with trusted third-party service providers (such as mapping or analytics tools) or when required by law. Vendor listings, including name, location, and products, are visible within the app by design.

While Yelly helps users discover vendors, all transactions occur directly between customers and vendors. Yelly does not verify vendor licenses or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of goods sold. Users are advised to verify details before making purchases.

The app is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. Yelly is not liable for inaccuracies, service interruptions, or disputes between users and vendors. Users must not misuse the app, including engaging in unlawful activities, harassment, impersonation, or attempting to disrupt the platform.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected in compliance with applicable laws, including the DPDP Act, 2023. Users have rights to access, correct, or delete their data and can contact support for any concerns.

Yelly may update features or terms from time to time, and continued use indicates acceptance of those changes. If you wish to stop using the app, you may delete your account at any time.
