2023-04-25	Ji*****	I could carve it in stone faster than this program takes to install, remove, reinstall, work once, uninstall, reinstall, not work at all then pretend to log in but continue repeating password is wrong. It's not. I have a picture of it on my phone. Don't waste your time on this program. It's more frustration than worth.

2021-07-24	Mo*****	"Optimize startup process" - no, you've added ads that have to be watched for 5sec before you can get into the app! Absolutely disgusting behavior! Get rid of it now! There were plenty of ads on the regular screen as a banner at the bottom. That should be enough!

2020-08-01	To*****	Worked for a while. Could add my device etc. New phone, app updated. Wants a CAPTCHA with the login, but doesn't provide an image!? So that stops the setup dead. Logged in etc on the website, but won't replicate on the app. Constant timeout messages and the feedback section gives a server error so can't even report the problems. Awful app, worse support. Shocking

2020-04-21	A *****	I have been using this app for a while now but since. I'd November I have not been able to playback my dvr so I have no idea what goes on around my properties unless I am looking at it live..this is a huge inconvenience at this point I wish I could try a diferent app there have not not even an update on this one since last year....

2020-04-14	A *****	It probably becomes better with every update, but still has many glitches. The worst thing for me is what it's not possible to playback any time and any day after 18:00. Once you move the time scale to some time after 18h it disappear. Moreover, it's complicated to set another time for watching as well - you have to slide the time scale very fast, because it jumps to previous time after a moment. That's pain to use it. Would like to add more stars after fixing it.

2020-02-10	A *****	Playback function is awful. The bar disapeers, skips around, goes blank, and stops working to the point you have to restart the app. Recording video in playback is 4 to 8 minutes off from what you are attempting to save.

2019-12-24	A *****	The app needs a lot of improvement in terms of interface, login , device adding and playback. Very much outdated as compared to many other related apps. I have not seen any update recently.

2019-11-21	A *****	I've used this app for the past year and it worked fine until now. I can't view playback anymore as when I try to look at a specific camera at a specific time, the time slider won't zoom in and breaks to where I can't move it anymore.

2019-11-06	A *****	Latest update now works (Oct 19) properly for the first time. Gave it 2 stars because it will undoubtedly change at the next update. If it doesn't, and it still works, i'll give it 4 stars. If it doesn't work, it'll be 1 star.
