***edit 12/02/24 now the app doesnt even open. Absolute trash. edit 9/15/24 notifications not coming through on android 14 software, regardless of all the permissions and notifications it's been granted for the app. Camera is useless if the app doesn't notify of activations. ***edited 6/29/22 problem seems to have been fixed with this new update. Thank you! App is extremely glitchy. Now since the new update, the app barks along with the default notification sound when it activates.

Unrelliable...nothing but issues even when trying the cloud service. Signal always shows strong connection but unable to view live stream or recording. Don't waste your time or money with this one. I even reached out for assistance on the advice of Amazon and never heard back from Longplus. Actually disgusting way to treat a customer. Only gave one star because there is nothing lower.
