Qualicare Stockholm AB can now offer our patients to see a doctor or nurse via video.

To be able to participate in a video call with us, you need to do the following: First download and install the app in your mobile phone. Approve that the app has access to a microphone and image. Log in with a mobile BankID. If you do not have a mobile BankID, you can apply for it via your bank. At the time you have agreed with us on a meeting, we will call you. If you do not have a free card, an invoice for the visit to your home will be sent to you afterwards. A video visit costs as much as a physical visit to the reception. In case of late cancellation (later than 24 hours before the visit), you will be charged for the visit according to Region Stockholm's guidelines.
