To get started:
* Download the app
* Accept that the App has access to video, speakers and notifications

To log in, you need mobile bankID.
* Sign in to the App
* In the App you get a number of choices where you have the opportunity to book a TD for example video visits.
You may have to answer a few questions and possibly pay for the visit.

If we have booked a digital visit with you, you will receive a notice on this. Log in and you will see a case in the App. In the case you can be asked to answer a few questions and possibly. pay with your card.
