2026-05-25	Al*****	somehow my w2 paperwork was messed up after the last update. when i 1st downloaded this app I completed this paperwork and worked a w2 job. with the new system I cant fix the w2 paperwork and i dont know why. the link doesn't work. this needs to be fixed and the app has no use to me with this problem as all of the jobs are w2 related.

2026-05-20	Na*****	absolutely terrible. there are no work shifts and when the rare occasion that there is and you sign up for a shift they cancel before you can even work the shift. and as far as getting support from the app is a joke there literally is no way for you to contact customer support. I am starting to think that the app is only there to collect data and personal information.
