User Reviews

MyWorkChoice offers flexible local job opportunities with timely payments and better pay compared to similar gig apps. However, users face frequent app bugs including crashes, freezes, and update failures, requiring reinstallation. Customer service is often slow, unhelpful, or rude, hindering account assistance. Many users report limited company and shift options depending on location, and delays due to lengthy background checks. Login problems and confusing onboarding add to the frustration, making the app most suitable for occasional side gigs rather than regular employment.

Pros

Offers job opportunities nearby allowing users to work their own schedule.
Pays on time without requiring formal interviews.
Great for seasonal work or side gigs with flexible shifts and good pay.
Higher caliber companies provide better shift gigs compared to other gig apps.

Cons

Poor customer service with slow or no responses and rude/vague communication.
App frequently bugs out, crashes, freezes, fails to load or update shifts properly, requiring repeated reinstallations.
Limited number of companies or shifts available in many locations, making regular work difficult.
Issues with login persistence leading to automatic logouts and login delays.
Background checks take weeks causing delays before users can start working.

my employer is not on this app and also I don't think work notices get sent out accurately on time. I showed up for work and after getting to work, work was cancelled and I was told I should of got a notification on my phone which I didn't nor my email after I was told to look into it there. SMH. I had to call my work choice and tell them about and seems like they didn't care for my gas money wasted showing up. I was told to come back in 2 work like in 2 hrs so I bothered not to show back.
