Create a workout for the selected date, specifying the duration in minutes and intensity. The system will generate a random set of exercises with sets and reps. Review the final list and save the plan if needed; it will remain on your device after a restart. The Saved section displays a brief overview and allows you to delete the entry. In your profile, enter a display name and phone number using the mask; the fields are validated. The interface is designed in calm tones, making it easy to quickly get started before a workout.
