Workerex

Workerex helps service teams stay connected with their assigned work while on the move.

Workers can view their scheduled visits, open job details, check customer and service information, and keep track of upcoming and previous work from one simple mobile experience.

With Workerex, authorized employees can:

• View assigned visits for today, tomorrow and upcoming dates
• Access job and visit details in one place
• Update visit statuses while working
• Add job notes and comments
• Upload photos, documents and other permitted files
• Receive notifications when assigned work is updated
• Review recent completed and previous visits

Workerex is designed for employees of companies that use the Workerex service. Accounts are provided by the worker’s organization. An existing authorized Workerex account is required to sign in.

Workerex keeps the mobile experience focused on the information workers need to complete their assigned jobs without giving access to company administration or billing tools.
