ExeoCRM

ExeoCRM is the mobile app for field technicians whose company runs on ExeoCRM. Today's visits, directions, checklists, photos, customer signatures and your hours are in one place, built to work in the field with patchy signal.

You need an account from your employer to use ExeoCRM. Your office admin invites you from the ExeoCRM dashboard; there is no sign-up in the app.

TODAY
• Your current or next visit at a glance, with a live on-site timer
• Start and complete visits with one tap; with location allowed, your clock-in is confirmed by GPS
• Get directions and call the customer straight from the card
• See how far through the day you are

SCHEDULE
• A two-week day strip with Day, Upcoming and Past views
• Visits grouped by day and always in time order

ON THE JOB
• Site details, access notes and the files attached to the job
• Task checklist you tick off as you go
• Date-stamped photos from the camera or your library
• Customer signature captured on screen
• Visit notes and messages to the office about the job

INBOX
• Chat with your team and the office
• Send photos, documents and voice messages
• Unread badges and push notifications

HOURS
• Timesheets for the last four weeks
• Time worked, visits, active days and earnings at your rate

PROFILE
• Request time off
• Upload the identity and compliance documents your office asks for, such as a passport, insurance or licence
• Light, dark or system appearance

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Works offline: your schedule stays available without signal, and task ticks and messages sync when you are back online
• Live updates: changes made by the office appear straight away
• Haptic feedback on every action that changes something, so you know it worked without looking
