Skubo

Skubo connects a playschool or preschool with the parents of the children it looks after. Parents see their child's day as it happens. Staff record it once, on a phone, without paperwork.

FOR PARENTS
• See attendance, gate entry and exit times as they are recorded
• View photos, videos and activity notes posted by your child's teachers
• Track the school bus live during pickup and drop-off
• Message your child's teachers and school office directly
• Read a plain-language summary of your child's day and week
• Receive notices, events, homework and fee reminders in one place
• Pay fees by UPI and submit the reference to the school for confirmation

FOR TEACHERS AND SCHOOL STAFF
• Mark attendance and scan QR gate passes at pickup
• Post photos, activities and daily observations to the right class
• Assign and review homework
• Message parents individually or by class
• Share the bus's live location with parents during a route
• Broadcast live classroom video to linked parents

FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS
• Onboard children, parents and staff, and manage classes
• Generate and reconcile fee bills
• Publish notices, events and polls to the whole school
• Manage bus routes and gate-pass verification

PRIVACY AND SAFETY
Skubo is built for the safety of children whose data it handles. A child's
information is visible only to that child's school and the parents linked to that
child. Skubo does not use facial recognition, biometric identifiers or ID-card
scanning for any purpose — gate entry uses a QR gate pass. We do not sell personal data and we show no advertising. Location is collected only from the bus coordinator's device during an active route and from a staff member's device when a scan is recorded; it is never collected from a parent's device.

You can delete your account and personal data at any time from Profile → Delete account, or by writing to admin@skubo.app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Skubo is operated by SKUBO, Gurugram, Haryana, India, and is designed for compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Accounts are held by adults; parents, teachers and school staff. Children do not sign in to Skubo.
