🏋️ PLAN STRUCTURED BODYWEIGHT SESSIONS
Bullsbet is a workout planning and timer application created for simple, organized training. It combines an exercise selector, round controls, named workout plans, interval timing, saved routines, and recent activity statistics in one clear mobile experience. With the app, you can prepare a session before you begin, see its estimated duration, follow each timed movement, and review completed activity afterward. The app focuses on the functions available inside the workout builder and does not claim to provide live coaching, automatic movement detection, personalized medical guidance, or connected wearable tracking.

🧩 SELECT EXERCISES
The app includes eight bodyweight exercises:
• Bodyweight Squats — legs, 35 seconds
• Push-Ups — chest, 30 seconds
• Forearm Plank — core, 40 seconds
• Jumping Jacks — cardio, 35 seconds
• Reverse Lunges — legs, 35 seconds
• Crunches — core, 30 seconds
• Burpees — full body, 30 seconds
• Mountain Climbers — cardio, 35 seconds
Tap an exercise card to add it to the current routine. Selected cards remain clearly marked, and the builder updates as you make changes. You can combine movements from different categories to create a compact bodyweight session based on the exercise list included in the software.

🔢 ADJUST THE NUMBER OF ROUNDS
Each selected movement starts with one round. Use the plus and minus controls to change the number of rounds for each exercise. Bullsbet supports up to nine rounds for an individual selected movement. The workout summary automatically shows the number of selected exercises, total number of rounds, and estimated session duration. These values are calculated from the selected exercises, their preset timer lengths, and the chosen round counts.

📝 NAME AND SAVE YOUR ROUTINES
Enter a custom name for the current routine, such as Morning Strength, Core Session, or Cardio Mix. When no custom name is entered, Bullsbet uses a standard workout name. Save the routine to keep it in the Plans section. Every saved plan displays its name, exercise count, total rounds, estimated duration, and exercise icons. You can open a stored plan to begin training or delete a plan that is no longer needed. Bullsbet also provides a quick-start option, allowing you to begin the currently selected routine without saving it first.

⏱️ FOLLOW THE ACTIVE WORKOUT TIMER
The Workout section guides you through the exercises and rounds included in the active plan. Bullsbet displays the current exercise name, remaining time, round number, total rounds, and current position in the complete routine. The timer controls allow you to start, pause, resume, or move manually between exercises. When an interval reaches zero, the next movement loads automatically. The timer uses preset durations. The app does not currently include adjustable interval lengths, sound coaching, or video analysis.

📋 MANAGE SAVED PLANS
The Plans screen keeps all routines together. Bullsbet provides a direct Start Plan button for each saved routine and a delete control. Saved plans are stored locally on your device.

📊 REVIEW RECENT ACTIVITY
After a workout, the app records details in the local history. The Progress screen displays statistics from the latest seven sessions, including training minutes and exercise steps. The home screen shows the total number of saved plans and accumulated recorded minutes.

🎯 WEEKLY INDICATORS
Bullsbet includes visual progress bars for predefined activity references like 4 sessions, 120 minutes, or 30 rounds. These are fixed references and not personalized recommendations.
