Win Daily is a daily fitness and lifestyle planner for people who want to organize short activity sessions. It combines daily planning, workouts, progress, meals, water, sleep, diary entries, and calendar history.

👤 PERSONAL PROFILE

Win Daily includes onboarding and a Body Profile. Users can enter name, age, height, weight, activity level, training level, available equipment, preferred session duration, limitations, and main goal.

⚡ DAILY READINESS

Before a session, users can rate sleep quality, energy, soreness, stress, and available time. Win Daily combines these values ​​into a readiness percentage. A lower result can shift the generated plan towards lighter mobility or core movements.

The readiness result is for personal planning only and does not replace professional advice.

🏋️ WORKOUT BUILDER

Win Daily creates sessions lasting 10, 15, 20, or 25 minutes. Users can select Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, or Mobility. Equipment options include profile equipment, bodyweight, resistance bands, and dumbbells.

The generated plan shows exercise names, body zones, and duration.

⏱️ ACTIVE WORKOUT

During a session, Win Daily shows the current exercise, body zone, instruction, countdown timer, and position in the sequence. Users can pause, resume, or continue. After the final exercise, the date, planned duration, and exercise count are saved.

📚 EXERCISE LIBRARY

The searchable library covers Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, and Mobility. Each exercise includes an instruction, target zone, time, and easier or harder variation.

📈 BODY PROGRESS

Win Daily lets users record weight, waist, chest, hips, energy, and training minutes. Each entry is stored with its date. The Progress screen shows recent records, the latest saved weight, and completed session count.

🥗 MEAL PLANNER

The Meal Planner includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and a daily water target. Users can save their own meal ideas. This section is a personal organizer and does not provide medical nutrition guidance.

💧 WATER TRACKER

Win Daily provides a daily glass counter and progress bar. Users can add or remove a glass, while the target follows the amount selected in the Meal Planner.

🌙 SLEEP PLANNER

Users can enter a wake-up time, desired sleep duration, and preparation period. Win Daily calculates a suggested time to start preparing for sleep. This is a scheduling tool and does not monitor sleep.

📝 DIARY AND CALENDAR

The Diary saves a daily energy rating, activity summary, and personal notes. Entries are stored with the current date. The Calendar highlights completed workout dates and shows the total number of saved sessions.

The Today screen changes between Morning Plan, Day Activity, and Evening Recovery. Win Daily displays planned workout time, consistency, current energy, readiness status, and water progress.

🎨 INTERFACE AND STORAGE

Win Daily uses a warm lifestyle design with rounded sections, clear typography, soft gradients, a photographic opening area, and fixed bottom navigation. Profile details, readiness entries, workout plans, completed sessions, meal notes, water records, sleep calculations, diary entries, and progress records are stored locally.
