Victory Fitness

Victory Fitness is a workout reference app that organises exercises into six visible categories: Cardio Workouts, Strength Training, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT and Flexibility Exercises. The category screen uses illustrated cards for quick selection. Individual category pages display available activities, including Cycling, Push Ups, Squats, Deadlifts, Burpees, Mountain Climbers, High Knees and Leg Circles, allowing users to move directly from a training type to a specific exercise.

Each exercise page in victory fitness includes a large demonstration image and a written description of the movement and its fitness focus. The visible examples explain that Cycling supports cardiovascular fitness and leg strength, Burpees combine strength and cardiovascular training, and Leg Circles are a Pilates exercise focused on the legs, core, hip mobility and coordination. A time field lets users enter a duration in seconds, press Start Timer and follow the displayed countdown during the exercise.

Victory Fitness also includes an Add Note form for recording a workout name, number of sets, repetitions and personal notes. The entered information can be saved with the on-screen Save button, while a notebook icon provides access from the category screen. With exercise categories, illustrated activity pages, descriptions, timers and structured workout notes, victory fitness keeps basic training information and session details together in one mobile interface.
