Victory Workout

Victory Workout is a bodyweight training app focused on strength, endurance, explosive power and coordination. Its main menu displays the current points total and provides access to Training, Melodies, Calendar and Statistics. The introduction states that the programme uses safe bodyweight exercises and does not require additional equipment, keeping the visible training format centred on guided physical activity.

The Training section in victory workout includes a date selector with separate day, month and year controls. Users can add a training entry with the plus button and view exercises assigned to the selected date. The visible list includes Jumps in place, Lath, Fall forward and Kicks, with individual delete buttons beside each item. During an exercise, a large timer is displayed together with pause and stop controls, the exercise name, its purpose, step-by-step instructions and a prescribed number of sets and repetitions.

Victory Workout also provides a Melodies section with selectable audio options such as Breakthrough, Rise, Unstoppable, Victory, Power and Ignite. The workout screen shows the active melody and includes a Finish button. After completion, a result window can award points and return the user to training. With dated plans, exercise guidance, session timing, music selection and points, victory workout brings the visible workout tools together in one sports-themed interface.
