Wild Sequence

Wild Sequence - a memory game built around a board of four themed symbols: a joker mask, a crown, a trophy and a lamp. Each round the board lights the symbols one by one in a set order, and the player repeats that order with simple taps. Every completed round adds one more step to the order, so the pattern grows longer while the pace of the highlights stays the same. A small strip above the board tracks how many steps of the current order have already been entered. Points are added for every finished round and grow with its length, so longer orders give more points per round. A wrong symbol takes one life away, the order is then shown again from the start, and the round ends when the last life is gone. The closing screen shows the score of the finished attempt, the number of the round that was reached, the best result kept on the device and the stars collected during that attempt. Stars are added after each finished round and go to the upgrade panel, where four positions - extra lives, a score boost, a slower highlight pace and a longer starting order - have three levels each, and every next level costs more stars than the previous one. Unlocked levels and stars are kept between launches together with the best result. Settings hold a vibration toggle, an effects toggle for screen shake and burst images, a mode switch with three positions that changes both the speed of the highlights and the number of lives, a reset for the best result and a reset for collected stars and upgrade levels. A rules panel is available from the menu, the game screen has a pause panel with resume, restart and exit to the menu, and the whole game runs in portrait orientation without sound.
