ridiculously bad app. the ai will constantly hallucinate, it cannot actually build upon itself and it often reads the metrics you have in incorrectly giving false advice. it also constantly sends notifications with almost no ability to tweak them without fully shutting them off. pretty much a waste, should definitely go with garmin. wish i could get my $250 refunded, cause this program is pretty bad.
