2026-08-18	Ma*****	Good, But needs Improvement. why are visits not linked to the video feeds inside and outside? I should be able to click on event or visit. view the video from inside the litter, robot and outside and Link those to a cat. your AI recognition of the cats is pretty rough as well. My cats are close and weight. So I can't trust the weight sensor as to which cat is using the litter box, especially when it says one of the cats didn't use a litter box for an entire 24-hour window.

2026-08-16	Ju*****	App works great, but you can only see 7 days of bathroom/weight history for your pets. There is a way to download up to 30 days of history but the data is unlabeled. I got this robot so that I could track my cat's weight over time. Only being able to see the past 7 days is useless for me.

2026-08-16	Sh*****	Won't push notifications no matter what I do. I got a LR4 a few days ago (my first litter robot of any kind/brand). I now have 4 cats, so it was time. So far the robot itself seems to work fine (aside from the filter falling out into the pan w/o my knowing it until I emptied). I was hoping it would notify me when a cat went so I could correctly asign them all. It doesn't notify me of ANYTHING. I have to go into the app itself. And when I tried to email them it won't scan my QR code.

2026-08-16	Eu*****	Does not sync the full status correctly. The application does not track the reset stays on the device. I'd clean the waste compartment, put a new bag, replace the litter, and hit the reset button on the device, but the application would still keep the full status until I reset it on the phone. That's quite bad, especially when we are away, and the sitters take care of our cats.

2026-08-14	Bo*****	Bought the Evo and unit hasn't shipped after a week. the app keeps asking me to sign up and save on bundles (I already signed up and bought) and won't let me see my orders or go into any areas without signing up (again. I already did). I deleted app and reloaded it and still won't work.

I find it old that you are charging me for information I am providing after buying one of your litter boxes. please review your charges for the app. since all that information used to be free.
