However, the app suffers from reliability and privacy issues: frequent offline status or launch failures, notifications that don’t work or are bothersome, and inconsistent data readings. Privacy concerns about the camera microphone and a clunky onboarding/navigation experience are also common. Improvements in stability, data accuracy, and privacy controls are needed.
