Its Shelf tab welcomes you with a warm wooden dashboard where two miniature thrown stoneware bowls display your total creations and the number of works still in progress. Just below, a recent list shows the last three pieces you added, each paired with a tiny kiln cone icon so you can read their stage at a glance. Tapping any recent entry opens an edit form immediately, letting you update the stage, clay type, or notes without hunting through lists. The Pieces tab organizes your entire body of work into a scrollable, searchable collection of clay-tag cards that feel hand-stamped and debossed, complete with a subtle thumbprint smudge instead of sterile check marks. A quick swipe left on a card deletes that piece from your local storage, while a tap brings up the full detail editor. Adding a new piece is just as direct—the Add tab offers a clean form with a stage picker and a wooden rib save button that triggers a clay-smoothing animation accompanied by a soft wet-clay press sound. The moment you save, the freshly formed tag slides onto the shelf, reinforcing the feeling of placing a physical item into your studio journal. The Kiln tab automatically gathers every piece currently marked as bisque fired or glaze fired, giving you a focused view of exactly what lies inside the heat without sifting through finished work. All of your piece names, stages, clay bodies, and glaze notes stay exclusively on your device, so your studio records remain private, instantly accessible offline, and require no account whatsoever. Navigation feels grounded in the studio experience: a row of pottery tools—a sponge, a wire cutter, a wooden rib, and a needle tool—rests on a clay-splattered ledge, with the active tool lifting slightly under a soft shadow. Piecekeeper keeps your creative rhythm uninterrupted by offering a lightweight, tactile log that respects the analog heart of ceramics while giving you fast search, instant editing, and a visual language drawn straight from the kiln shelf.
