Kilnside Notebook

Kilnside Notebook is a practical offline companion for potters who want a clear record of work moving through the studio. Follow every piece from wet clay to the finished shelf, keep firing outcomes close at hand, and build a glaze test library that becomes more useful with every session.

The Bench brings active work, kiln-ready pieces, and recent firing activity together. Pieces records the form, clay body, weight, making notes, and current production stage for each work. Advance a piece through leather hard, bone dry, bisque, glazed, and finished stages with a single tap.

Firings helps you log bisque, glaze, and low-fire loads with target cones, estimated capacity, and outcome notes. Glazes keeps dependable recipes and surface observations together, with favorites for combinations you trust. Insights summarizes completion, clay tracked, stage balance, and the relationship between saved glaze tests and firing history.

Everything is stored locally on your device. Useful starter records make the workflow easy to explore, and you can add, update, favorite, or reset your studio data whenever you need a fresh notebook.
