2023-05-31	Bo*****	TERRIBLE customer service!!! They're bullies that don't have your back with identity theft and blame everything on you and expect you to pay. They refuse to listen or try lie about trying to contact you to work things out, send threatening letters after trying to "contact" you. DO NOT USE THIS BANK, COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT, even IF YOU DO have a police report! Don't give them your business. Will be worst decision of your life.
