Ever since they phased out their old app and came out with this one, I've never had one single time where I'm able to log in and view my account information without some type of hassle. This app is dysfunctional as heck, and since the last update it actually doesn't work at all. It just crashes every time I try to open it and / or gives me an error message when trying to log in. Please just bring back the old app because that one actually worked!

Long loading times, lots of error messages. I have to continually enter the same information just to access my account and half the time it just loads to a blank screen. Basically it's been like this on and off since the system update last year not only with the app but their whole system consistently goes down and has issues.
