2025-01-16	Je*****	I had to download this app just to try to find daycare for us. In my area it gave no number/contact information and many didn't have a location. Nobody responded to my request of information. I had to Google everything and really dig to find anything. I had to find info,which was hard, and call. Doing it that way i got my responses. I also had to call city to get information about some daycares. Some of the places listed on here are closed down as well. This app didn't help whatsoever.

2024-10-24	Ke*****	Upwards is a pilot program helping military families find daycare on the weekends they drill. Best of all, the military member does not pay for the care provided to their children/child unless it's over 12 hours. You only pay for each hour over the 12 hours. This program really is a blessing. Frankie is my POC for the program, she has been so helpful with all my questions and amazing at helping to find a provider even with a very short notice. Jessica Nutz daycare 5 stars, randall MN

2024-02-28	Ja*****	Daycare providers don't respond. I maxed out the number of providers I could request info from on 2/8 and NOBODY responded. I assume it was around 10+ providers. I know daycare is really tough to get into, esp in-home, and I just wanted info and to be added to wait lists. This app serves absolutely no purpose in helping me find daycare for my newborn later this year.

Recently, we communicated that the family planned a vacation, and asked that tuition be paused for a short period of time. We were still charged and were told that our money would be refunded in our account in 3-5 business days. That was on the 23rd of June and we still haven't received anything but an "Acquirer Reference Number" which our credit union wasn't familiar with, and still no refund. Thumbs down.

2022-10-19	Sh*****	Spot on! This app has been pivotal in finding reliable and licensed childcare in my area. I was able to view county reviews for my daycare provider's license and I was linked with an agent who walked me through the process of enrollment and even followed up to see how things were going. I cannot eloquently express my joy and comfort from using the app and finding the perfect provider for my baby.
